If there's one thing that clients really want, that's to be made to feel like you're working hard to sell their listing.  They like to see their listing stand out from the rest.  You can do that with the Featured Listings option.  And the great news is, it will be done automatically for you* through the RETS feed.  If you're an individual or a team, you can choose to have it for just your/your team listings, or for your entire office.  Putting your entire office's listing as featured showcases more listings and gives you more opportunities to help sell your office listings, but you can choose just to showcase yours if would like.
